PCD blanks for cutting tools is sintered by ultra-high pressure high temperature with micro-diamond particles and carbide alloy, consist of polycrystalline diamond and carbide alloy substrate. Its hardness and wear resistance is as well as the nature diamond and the toughness as same as carbide alloy. The workpiece processed by this cutting tools has finish surface and no need being ground. It is an ideal tools material for its long life and high efficiency.
